EC decides to  kick off  vote count in Bajura and Syangja-2



KATHMANDU: The Election Commission (EC) has decided to count votes in Bajura and Syangja-2.

EC had postponed counting votes in Bajura and Syangja-2 after getting the complaints of rigging.

“The vote counting will be done at both places,” an official at the Commission said.

Earlier, EC decided to re-vote  in Dolakha after receiving complaints of rigging there.

EC formed a probe team to investigate on the issue.

“The report of the commission says that the votes should be counted,” said a commissioner.

Vote counting of all other places but for Bajura, Syangja-2 and Dolakha has nearly concluded now.
