One killed, 14 injured in Pyuthan Jeep accident



PYUTHAN: A person was killed and 14 others injured in a Jeep accident at Bhyagute of Swargadwari Municipality-4, Pyuthan.

A jeep having registration number Lu 3 Cha 353 met with an accident at Bhyagute on Saturday noon while it was returned from Swargadwari temple towards Bhingri.

Area Police Office Bhingri informed that Maya Devi Thakur of Rupandehi was killed on the spot.

As many as 14 others were injured.

According to the police out of 14, nine are seriously injured.

A total of 17 passengers were travelling in the jeep.

It has been said the reason for the accident is yet to be identified.
