Maoist Center annuls rights of party’s Sudurpaschim Province in-charge



KATHMANDU: The CPN-Maoist Center has annuled the rights of party’s Sudurpaschim Province In-charge Khagraj Bhatta.

The party is of the view that the province in-charge took arbitrary decisions while selecting candidates in the local level election.

The Maoist Center notified the Election Commission (EC) that Bhatta’s signature for election purposes would no longer be valid.

Maoist Center central office also apprised the Office of the Electoral Officer that the signature of provincial committee Chair Hariram Chaudhary was official now onwards.

Party’s central office Secretary Shri Ram Dhakal confirmed that it has been decided to use Chaudhary’s signature for election purposes from now on.
