Bad weather affects flight services at TIA



KATHMANDU: The flights to and from Kathmandu at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) have been affected due to bad weather since this morning.

Light rain is occurring in some places of the Kathmandu Valley.

The TIA Airport Committee has stated that the take-offs and landings have been affected due to poor visibility.

Meanwhile, six flights including Tara, Buddha and Yeti have been diverted after they could not land at TIA.
