Upakar Laghubitta to issue IPO on April 8



KATHMANDU: Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is set to issue initial public offerings (IPO) from April 8.

According to the company, a total of 266, 250 units of primary shares worth Rs 26,625,000 will be issued for Rs 100 per unit.

Of the total shares, 3,281 units of shares will be allocated for staffers of the company, 11,813 for the collective investment fund and the remaining 221,156 units will be put aside for the people in general.

Nepal SBI bank is the issue manager.
