8 people get injured in Rolpa bus accident

2 people are in serious condition



ROLPA: Eight people were injured in a bus accident in Rolpa. The condition of two of the injured is critical, police said.

According to the area police office Holeri, the RA 1 B 738 bus which left from Runtigarhi-8 Meltakura for Tulsipur in Dang met with an accident at Panigaira.  The bus had 15 passengers returning home after celebrating Tihar.

The injured have been sent to Tulsipur Dang Regional Hospital for treatment.

According to the police, 45-year-old Kaliram Pariyar and his 4-year-old daughter Anjana Pariyar of Tulsipur-18 were seriously injured.

Police said that Keshav Khadka, the bus driver has been absconding so far.
