KATHMANDU: The government has announced a reduction in internet usage charge.

Presenting the budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2022/23 AD before a joint session of the Federal Parliament on Sunday, Finance Minister Janardan Sharma said internet fee would be reduced to increase the use of the internet across the country.

He said that the budget has also been allocated to establish the National Cyber Security Center to ensure cyber security.
