Govt allocates Rs 15 billion for managing chemical fertilizers for upcoming fiscal

KATHMANDU: A budget of Rs. 15 billion has been allocated for the management of chemical fertilizers for upcoming fiscal year.

Presenting the budget for the upcoming Fiscal Year 2079/80, Finance Minister Janardan Sharma said the government has allocated Rs. 15 billion for fertilizer management.

The government had allocated Rs 12 billion for the same last year.

However, the government added Rs 3 billion more as it turned insufficient and made it Rs 15 billion.
