I’m not defeated in politics: Leader Tripathi



NAWALPARASI: Chairman of Janata Pragatisheel Party and former minister, Hridayesh Tripathi, has said although he was defeated in election, he was not defeated in politics.

He blamed the CPN-UML leadership which was in an electoral alliance for not supporting him.

Tripathi was a candidate of House of Representatives member from constituency no 1 of Nawalparasi Purba with the support of the UML.

But, he lost the election to Nepali Congress candidate Binod Chaudhari.

Following the defeat in election, he organized a press meet and said he would remain active for the rights and service of people.
