KATHMANDU: The government has given a holiday today as well.
The Tihar holiday which started on the day of Laxmi Puja has been given until the next day (Friday) of Bhai Tika.
In previous years, only three days of government holidays were given during Tihar.
This time the government has given a holiday of five days in Tihar.
The government offices will open only on coming Monday as tomorrow is a Saturday and Sunday is Chhath.
