KATHMANDU: Police have arrested four cadres of the Netra Bikram Chand-led Community Party of Nepal for trying to show black flags to US Assistant Secretary of State Donald Lu at the Tribhuvan International Airport in the Capital on Thursday.

Lu along with this three-member team arrived in Kathmandu on a two-day visit Nepal on this Thursday afternoon.
