JSP’s Ashok Rai leading against RSP’s Goma Tamang in Sunsari-1



SUNSARI: Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) leader Ashok Rai has widened the lead against Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Goma Tamang in the election held for the House of Representatives member from Sunsari-1.

Out of 67,123 votes counted, JSP’s Rai is leading by 118 votes. Rai has got 14,105 votes whereas RSP’s Tamang, who is following him, has got 13,987 votes.

Similarly, Muksamahang Subba of CPN-Maoist Center got 10,990 votes and independent candidate Manoj Kumar Meyangbo has got 6,929 votes.
