Two killed in separate road accidents



KATHMANDU:  A person has died in a truck-jeep collision in Bara district.

The deceased has been identified as Ajaya Sahani, 25, of Jitpur-Simara Sub Metropolitan City, Bakullah.

According to District Police Office, Bara, the accident took place when a jeep collided with a truck near Balganga Bridge on Tuesday night.  Sahani died on the spot.

Meanwhile, a sexagenarian man died after being crushed by the wheel of a tractor in the Syangja district.

The deceased is Buddha Bhujel, 65, of Harinas Saldanda rural municipality-1, Bhutiyakhola. The incident occurred last night.

Bhujel had fallen off the tractor, Na 6 Ta 1819, while it was heading towards Saldanda ferrying stones from Bhutiyakhola.
