Newly-appointed PM Dahal to take oath today



KATHMANDU: The newly-appointed Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ will be taking the oath of office and secrecy in the presence of President Bidya Devi Bhandari at 4:00 pm today.

The swearing-in ceremony of the new prime minister and ministers will be held on Monday, according to President Bhandari’s personal secretary, Dr Bhojraj Adhikari.

Also the Chairman of the Maoist Centre, the newly-appointed Prime Minister Dahal has garnered the support of 169 members of the House of Representatives.
