Mahindra Raya Yadav elected from Sarlahi-2



SARLAHI: Nepal Samajwadi Party Chairman Mahindra Raya Yadav has been elected to the House of Representatives from Sarlahi-2.

Yadav has been elected defeating senior leader of Loktantrik Samajbadi Party Rajendra Mahato by a margin of 2,011 votes.

Yadav garnered 23,529 votes while Mahato got 21,518 votes.

Mahato, who was elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Dhanusha-3 in 2074 BS, changed his constituency and contested from Sarlahi this year.
