Jhalanath Khanal to contest from Ilam 1



KATHMANDU: Senior leader of Unified Socialist party, Jhalanath Khanal, has been recommended as a candidate for the November 20 House of Representatives (HoR) election from Ilam Constituency-1.

The district committee meeting has recommended Khanal from Ilan Constituency-1 and Sanjiv Rai from Ilam-2.

Likewise, the committee has also recommended the names of Bhakta KC, Brihaspati Khatiwada, Sabitra Gartaula, Jit Bahadur Rai, among others for the State Assembly.
