BIRATNAGAR: Chief Minister of Province-1, Rajendra Kumar Rai, has said development plan on time helps implement budget and projects.

“There are no hindrances at all to spend the budget because we have sufficient treasury at present,” he said during an annual review meeting at his office.

He directed the officials to prepare criteria for employee management at the province-level ministry and offices.

Certain standards on it will be effective to carry out planned activities smoothly, CM Rai underscored.

According to him, government works with full confidence of its employees, so harmony between employees and government is imperative.
