Singer Sunar found dead in Kathmandu



KATHMANDU: Singer Dilmaya Sunar has been found dead at her rented room in Nepaltar of Tarakeshwar Municipality- 11, Kathmandu.

She was found dead in her room under mysterious circumstances Sunday morning, police said.

Sunar had been living alone in Nepaltar for some years after her divorce with her husband.

Earlier on Friday, she had written status on Facebook saying that it has been difficult for her to survive.

Police said that they have arrested a man who went to the deceased’s room on Friday evening.

Further investigation into the case is underway.
