Preliminary report of National Census 2021 to be unveiled today



KATHMANDU: The Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) is making preparations to make public the preliminary report of the National Census-2021 today.

Bureau’s Director Dundiraj Lamichhane had said the preliminary report of the decade-long census would be virtually unveiled on January 26.

The Bureau under the National Planning Commission had conducted first round of census from September 15 to October 4, 2021 while second phase of census was held from November 11-25, 2021.

The census is first since the promulgation of new Constitution in 2015.
