Top leaders, including PM Deuba, at Election Commission to sign poll code of conduct



KATHMANDU: Top leaders of various political parties, including Nepali Congress and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, appeared at the Election Commission on Sunday to attend an interaction and sign the commitment letter for the implementation of the Election Code of Conduct.

The Election Commission had called top leaders of political parties to discuss the election code of conduct today.

Accordingly, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand, Chairman of United Socialist Party Madhav Kumar Nepal, CPN-UML Vice Chairman Subas Nembang along with chiefs and office bearers of 12 political parties reached the Election Commission and interacted with the election body
