KATHMANDU: The hackers have managed to steal more than 12.52 billion in bitcoins from US crypto company Harmony.
Harmony is a bank for crypto. It has been providing crypto and non-fungible tokens as loans. The company informed about the theft on Friday.
According to reports, hackers have succeeded in stealing digital coins by taking advantage of the weaknesses in the company’s system.
The hackers arranged to get hold of digital coin like bitcoins taking advantage of weaknesses while transferring crypto from one block chain to another.
