2.34 mln doses of Moderna vaccine arriving today

KATHMANDU: As many as 2,340,000 doses of Moderna vaccine are arriving in Kathmandu today.

The vaccines will arrive via a flight of Qatar Airways this morning, informed Suresh Chaurasiya, chief of supply section under the department of health services.

On Monday, 1,660,000 Moderna vaccines had arrived Nepal.

The Moderna vaccines brough earlier by the Nepal government had been used to vaccinate children in the hilly regions of the country.
