SEBON permits six companies to issue IPOs



KATHMANDU: The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has given permission to six companies to issue initial public offerings (IPOs) after a long time.

The permission to grant for the issuance of IPO had been stalled after the SEBON permitted Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower to do so on July 29.

Almost after six months, the SEBON allowed Balephi Hydropower, Green Ventures Ltd., Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta Santha, Nesdo Sambridha Laghubitta, Bittiya Santha and Emerging Nepal to issue IPOs on January 23,
