SINDHUPALCHOK: Maoist Center’s Saral Sahayatri Paudel was elected the Province Assembly (2) member from Sindhupalchok 1.
He received 17,256 votes while his nearest rival CPN-UML’s Hom Narayan Shrestha 13,013.
Similarly, under the PA (1), Maoist Center’s Yubaraj Dulal won. He garnered 20,906 votes while his closest rival UML’s Aman Singh Tamang got 12,139 votes.
