BARA: Police have arrested a man with 13 kg of cannabis from Nijgadh Municipality of Bara.
The arrested is Lal Kaji, 33, of Bakaya-3 of Makwanpur.
Police have also recovered a motorcycle (P3-02-010 Pa 3493) used in smuggling marijuana.
