Two killed in Pepsicola motorcycle accident



KATHMANDU: Two people have died in a motorcycle accident at Pepsicola in Kathmandu Sunday morning.

A motorcycle — Ba 50 Pa 9933 — heading to Pepsicola from Khare near Greenwich School met with an accident at around 5:15 am on Sunday.

Two persons were killed when the motorcycle collided head-on with an electricity pole, police said.

The deceased have been identified as Kamal Ale Magar, 32, and Gopal Ale Magar, 21, of Sunkoshi Rural Municipality.

They were rushed to a trauma center with injuries to their heads and internal organs.

Police are conducting further investigation into the incident.
