UML Chair Oli and Prime Minister Deuba hold second meet today



KATHMANDU: UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has reached Baluwatar for a meeting with Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba. This is the second meeting of UML Chair Oli and PM Deuba today, Thursday.

Oli had met Deuba earlier today after the parliament was postponed till tomorrow, Friday, at Parliament Building in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, after the House of Representative meeting scheduled to discuss the United States grant Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) was postponed until tomorrow, Friday.

Following the talks with Deuba, UML Chair also had one-on-one talks with CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dala ‘Prachanda’.

Now Oli is in Baluwatar to meet Oli Deuba again. UML Senior Vice Chairman Ishwor Pokharel, Vice president Bishnu Poudel and Subash Nembang have also accompanied oli to Prime Minister’s official residence in  Baluwatar. It is said the UML and NC could likely ink a new agreement tonight to cooperate in the ratification of MCC.

NC General Secretary Gagan Thapa is also present at the meeting.
