KATHMANDU: Jawalakhel zoo has been closed for a week due to COVID-19 starting today.
The zoo has been closed for a week at the direction of the District Administration Office, Lalitpur after the cases of COVID-19 spiked in the Kathmandu Valley.
The Central Zoo is home to 1,068 birds and animals of 110 species
