Chinese Acting Ambassador Wang meets Maoist Center Chair Prachanda



KATHMANDU: Amid the political contest for the chair of the Prime Minister in Nepal, the Chinese Acting Ambassador to Nepal, Wang Xin, has met CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ at the latter’s residence in Khumaltar, Kathmandu.

According to sources, Friday morning’s meeting at Chairman Prachanda’s residence, which lasted for about 30 minutes, dwelt on the current political situation.

The acting ambassador’s meeting with Prachanda at a time when the Maoist Center chair has been eyeing at the post of Prime Minister has been taken meaningfully.
