NC, UML share PA seats in Kathmandu-4



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) has won the Province Assembly seat (1) and the CPN (UML) has secured a win in the Province Assembly (2) under the Kathmandu electoral constituency-4.

NC candidate Shreeram Lamichhane emerged victorious in the PA-1 with 7,125 votes while UML candidate Jayaram Thapa has won the election for the PA-2 with 10,317, according to election officer Sharada Poudel.

The voting for the PA elections was held on Sunday together with the elections for the House of Representatives.
