Supreme Court quashes all writ petitions filed against Public Service Commission



KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has rejected all writ petitions filed against the Public Service Commission in relation to civil service applications.

A Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court dismissed all the petitions filed against the Public Service Commission based on vacancies opened for government service.

With the dismissal of the writs, the Supreme Court has paved the way for Public Service Commission to hold the public service examinations that has been stalled for a long time.
