UML leading vote count in Kaski constituency-1



POKHARA: The CPN UML has continued leading in the vote count of Kaski constituency-1.

UML’s Man Bahadur Gurung is ahead with 5,256 votes followed by Nepali Congress’ Kishor Datta Baral with 5,426 votes.

Similarly, Rastriya Swatantra Party’s Raju Rai is following them with 556 votes. As of now, 11,020 of the total 68,632 votes cast were counted, according to the office of the election officer. Four hundred twenty votes were invalid.

Under the Province Assembly (2), UML’s Bed Bahadur Gurung is leading with 5,430 votes followed by NC’s Dipak Gurung with 4,712 votes. Also, RSP’s Mahendra Bahadur Karki is following the count with 428 votes.

Under the proportional representation, of a total of 10,570 votes counted, the UML got 4,423 votes, the NC 3,411 and the RSP 1,075. Three hundred seventeen votes were invalid.
