Balephi Hydropower to issue IPO on March 30



KATHMANDU: Balephi Hydropower is issuing initial public offerings (IPO) from March 30.

According to the company, it will allocate 1,827,970 units of shares worth Rs 182,797,000 for people in general.

Of the total units of shares, 73,119 units will be allocated for the staffers of the company, 91,398 for the collective investment fund and the remaining 1,663,453 units of shares will be allocated for people in general.

People can subscribe for minimum 10 units to maximum 100,000 units of shares for Rs 100 per unit by April 4.
