KATHMANDU: The provincial assembly meeting of Province 1 has been called for February 27.
According to Province Assembly Secretary Gopal Prasad Parajuli, the assembly meeting will start from 1 pm.
It is learnt that the proposal regarding the name of Province 1 will be floated in the meeting.
The Province Assembly had been stalled for a long time due to the lack of business.
The meeting had been postponed until further notice after Chief Minister Rajendra Rai took oath of office and secrecy on November 17.
