United Socialist candidate Prakash Jwala in lead in Salyan, UML third



SALYAN: Prakash Jwala, the deputy general secretary of the CPN-United Socialist Party, has maintained his lead in Salyan.

Jwala got 1,064 votes out of 2,497 votes, while independent candidate Rajendra Shah (Putali) got 755 votes. UML’s Rajendrabir Raya got 292 votes.
