NC candidate Gurung wins from Mustang in Gandaki Province Assembly



JOMSOM: Namdu Gurung of Nepali Congress (NC) has been elected in Mustang (A) in Gandaki Province Assembly.

Namdu got 1,048 votes and was elected to the province assembly. His competitor Indradhara Bista of UML got 793 votes. They have the difference of 255 votes.

Namdu was previously defeated as the ward chairman of ward number 4 of Lomanthang Rural Municipality in the local elections.

At this time, while he got 99 votes, UML’s Chhiring Dhindu Gurung got 126 votes.
