KATHMANDU: In the initial vote count of the election held on Sunday, CPN-UML has taken the lead so far.

UML is leading in 12 constituencies followed by Nepali Congress leading in nine constituencies.

Likewise, Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is in the third position with six leads.

Likewise, Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) and Janmat Party are leading in two constituencies each.

The Maoist Center is leading in one constituency.
