Vote count begins in Kathmandu constituency 1



KATHMANDU: The counting of votes for members of the House of Representatives has started in Kathmandu constituency 1.

Though Chief Electoral Officer Rajukumar Khatiwada had said vote count would start at 8 am, the counting of votes was delayed due to technical reasons.

Nepali Congress leader Prakashman Singh, UML’s Kiran Paudel, Rastriya Swotantra Party’s Pukar Bam, Rastriya Prajatantra Party’s Rabindra Mishra along with some independent candidates are in the fray in Kathmandu 1.
