Wave of people from other parties joining Maoist Center: Prachanda



KATHMANDU: Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” has claimed that there was a wave of people from different parties coming to his party.

He said this while welcoming about two dozen leaders and cadres of Nepali Congress and CPN-UML joined the Maoist Centre party here today.

Among those who have joined the party are CPN-UML leaders and cadres including Kameshwar Prasad Sah Kanu, a candidate for the post of ward chairman and executive member of Maulapur Municipality in Rautahat district.

Similarly, Nepali Congress activist Jayaraj Bhatt, businessman Bishnu Bhatt and Binod Prasad Bhatt joined the Maoist from the Sudur Paschim.
