Dry landslide disrupts Narayangadh-Muglin road



DHADING:  The Narayangadh-Muglin road section has been disrupted after a mound of earth caved in near Topokhola in Ichchhakamana rural municipality-6 on early Friday.

According to District Traffic Police Office, Chitwan, the dray landslide occurred at 2:30 am.

The work to remove the debris has started but it is likely to take some more time as the amount of the debris is large in size, said the Road Division Office, Bharatpur.

The Narayangadh-Muglin road connects the federal capital with touristic city Pokhara and the east and west parts of the country.

Over 10,000 vehicles ply this road on a daily basis.
