Narayangadh-Muglin road to remain closed for 4 hours every day

KATHMANDU: The Narayangadh-Muglin road will be closed for four hours every day for maintenance from Tuesday.

Kiran Karki, head of the Narayangadh-Muglin road project, said that the road will remain closed due to the construction of bridges in some areas with difficult geographical terrain.

He said that the road will be had to be closed from 11 am to 3 pm in view of safety as the bridge had to be dug up from the hard rocks.

According to Karki, it is becoming difficult to construct a bridge due to geographical conditions.

He said that the traffic had to be stopped as the road below the steep hill would be unsafe if the road was crossed from the upper part.
