Upcoming poll crucial for development, Home Minister says



PALPA: Minister for Home Affairs Bal Krishna Khand has said the upcoming local level election was a vital opportunity for development endeavours.

Speaking at a program in Palpa, Home Minister Khand stated that the local level election was crucial for ensuring political stability and development.

Khand also assured to allocate sufficient budget from the federal government for drinking water supply, tourism development and other development works of Rampur.

The government was launching a campaign of ‘Police with Smile; Police with Respect’, the Home Minister said, asking all the government employees to discharge their duties responsibly.

The building was built with the investment of Rs 58.7 million, which was managed by the municipality’s own internal resources.
