Ruling coalition decides to table MCC in Parliament

KATHMANDU: A meeting of the ruling coalition has decided to table Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) in the parliament.

The meeting held at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar on Sunday morning decided to table the MCC table.

While the Nepali Congress (NC) was already in favor of ratifying the MCC, the CPN (Maoist Center) and the CPN (Unified Socialist), were of the view of not submitting without amendment.

The MCC will be tabled in the parliament sitting today itself.
