Five arrested for trying to torch constitution



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested five persons protesting against the constitution from Maitighar in Kathmandu on Monday.

Police said the arrested were affiliated to Rastriya Samyukta Janandolan Morcha and were attempting to burn the constitution.

Constitution Day is being marked across the country today.
