SARLAHI: Hariban Municipality has been declared the best municipality of Sarlahi district this year.
On the occasion of the 34th anniversary, Municipal Development Trust (MDT) has felicitated Hariban municipality as the best performing municipality in the district.
Minister for Urban Development Ram Kumari Jhakri gave away a letter of appreciation to Deputy Mayor of Hariban Municipality Renuka Poudel, lauding the municipality’s success in implementing and managing the projects constructed with the investment of the Trust.
A modern commercial building was constructed at Hariban Municipality-11 with the investment of the Trust and other projects are in operation, said Mayor Ganesh Prasad Prasain.
