Two elderly injured in rhino attack



CHITWAN: Two elderly persons were injured in an attack by a rhino in west Chitwan Wednesday afternoon.

According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, Budana Mahato, 70 and Dhodhari Mahato, 80, of Patihani of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-22 were injured.

The rhino attacked them when they were taking sunbath in front of their house.

Both of them were rushed to Chitwan Medical College hospital for treatment and they are out of danger, said Spokesperson at the District Police Office, Narahari Adhikari.
