KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Kanta Rijal, the resident ambassador of Nepal to Israel, to the post of non-resident ambassador to Cyprus.
The President made this appointment in accordance with Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, the Office of the President stated in a communiqué today.
