Ruling coalition organizes cadres’ orientation program in Lalitpur



KATHMANDU: The ruling coalition has organized a senior cadres’ orientation program focused on November 20 election in Lalitpur on Tuesday.

According to Nepali Congress (NC) leader Uday Shumsher Rana, the top leaders of ruling coalition, including Prime Minister and NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and CPN-Unified Socialist Party Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal will address the program organized to highlight the need of cooperation in the forthcoming election.

After the formation of the left-democratic alliance, a meeting of leading cadres is organized targeting the election.

The top leaders of the coalition addressed the gathering of Kathmandu cadres on Sunday.

There are three constituencies in Lalitpur. NC leader Rana is contesting from Lalitpur-1, Unified Socialist leader Krishna Lal Maharjan from Lalitpur-2 and Maoist Center leader and Minister for Energy Pampha Bhusal from Lalitpur-3 as the coalition candidates in Lalitpur.
