KATHMANDU: The CPN United Socialist Party is set to finalize the closed list of candidates for the proportional representative (PR) system to be held on November 20 by Monday (tomorrow).
According to Deputy General Secretary Jagannath Khatiwada, the Secretariat meeting will finalize the closed list on Monday.
He said that the name from the provinces is currently being sorted out.
The United Socialist will give priority to seniors, those who have not been nomiated as PR candidates earlier.
The Election Commission has given September 18 and 19 to submit the closed list under PR.
Each party should send the names of 110 people after arranging clusters, according to the constitution.
