KATHMANDU: The Nepal Samabeshi Party has submitted the closed list of candidates under proportional representative (PR) electoral system to the Election Commission (EC) on Sunday.
With this, the party has become the first party to submit closed list to EC for November 20 elections.
The EC has given September 18 and 19 for parties to submit their closed list under PR system.
Meanwhile, major other parties are in discussions to finalize the list and have been preparing to submit their closed list to EC on Monday.
